Boneless Stuffed Chicken Breast with a wild rice stuffing Roast Pork Tenderloin served with a seasoned pork gravy Vegetable Lasagna Baked Stuffed Filet of Sole with a buttery crabmeat and scallops stuffing Canadian Maple Ham topped with a Kentucky Bourbon Sauce All entrees are served with a home-style soup, Louisiana oven roasted potatoes, and vegetables al dente. A scrumptious dessert of a warm Chocolate turnover with a Raspberry glaze, along with a cup of hot coffee or tea.
